P-Card and T&H Card Renewals
If your card is expiring, you can expect to receive the renewal card in the mail between the 20th of the month before expiration and the 10th of the renewal month. Your card will remain active through the whole month of expiration. For example, if your expiration date is 02/22, your card will remain active through February 28, 2022.
You will also get an email from the Card Services Team around the 20th of the month before your card expires. It will let you know if your card is up for renewal or not being renewed due to inactivity. If your card is not being renewed the email will include instructions on how to reapply for a card.
