Internal Stores Frequently Asked Questions


Iowa State University's Internal Stores are accessible through the cyBUY marketplace. This includes the Book Store, Central Stores, Chemistry Stores, Postal and Parcel, Printing Services, Surplus, and Transportation Services.

 

Where can I find links to the Iowa State University Internal Stores?


There are three ways you can access the links to/purchase from the Iowa State University Internal Stores.

1) Links to the Iowa State University Internal Stores can be found on the cyBUY Marketplace main page at the top, directly beneath the Popular Categories.

Click on the store’s logo to be directed to their website.

 

2) For Central and Chemistry stores, you can search or select to browse the stores directly on cyBUY by scrolling down to the All Suppliers section or by choosing the ISU Stores category from the left navigation. Click on the magnifying glass within the supplier profile to browse the catalog and add items to your cart.

 

 


 

3) If you are on the Iowa State University homepage, use the index to find each of the Iowa State University Internal Stores’ websites and access their catalogs through their websites.

 

 

Who do I contact if I have a question about an item in cyBUY that I want to purchase?


If you have a specific product and supplier chosen, please contact the supplier directly. Contact information for each of the cyBUY suppliers can be found in the supplier’s profile in the cyBUY Marketplace or on the cyBUY Supplier Information page.

Can I use cyBUY for personal purchases?


No, cyBUY should only be used for purchasing items with an identifiable University Business Purpose and charged to University Funds.
