Procurement Services Customer Satisfaction Survey


Procurement Services is a Central Administrative Unit and as such we are inviting each Iowa State University Faculty and Staff member to participate in a brief Customer Satisfaction Survey focused on Procurement Services.

 

Please note that this survey is not intended to evaluate individuals in departments or units who perform purchasing functions or members of the Improved Service Delivery Model (ISD), including Procurement Expense Specialists, but instead to focus solely on the Procurement Services Department.

 

Participation in this survey is optional, and we thank you in advance for helping us to measure our current service levels as well as to assist us with identifying areas for potential improvement.

The entire survey will take less than 10 minutes to complete and will be open through May 4th, 2021.
