Spotlighting Recent Successes – Saving Through the Staples Promotional Products Contract
The Staples Promotional Products Catalog has been available in the cyBUY Marketplace for just over eight months and has already helped departments and units save between 6% and 47% on custom orders!
Quotes for custom orders can be requested through our designated Staples Promotional Products Representative for items that are not available in the Staples Promotional Products Catalog in cyBUY or that use other Iowa State University Marks that have been approved through the Trademark and Licensing and University Marketing design approval process. The contact information for our designated Staples Promotional Products representative, as well as information about submitting a custom order through the Staples Promotional Products Contract, can be found by opening the Staples Promotional Products Catalog from the cyBUY Marketplace and clicking on Custom Order.
Custom orders can be large or small and can include one type or several types of items. The Academic Success Center recently submitted a custom order through the Staples Promotional Products Contract for 16 different giveaway items! Patty Novak shared the following about her experience and the custom order process:
