The Annual Achievement of Excellence Award is awarded to public and non-profit agencies that demonstrate a commitment to procurement excellence and embrace innovation, professionalism, productivity, leadership, and e-Procurement. Awardees must demonstrate excellence in addition to continued organizational improvement in order to earn the award annually.
