We have a new email address for you!
The isucellphones@iastate.edu email address has been established for all Iowa State cell phone contract requests and questions! This new email address should be used for day to day requests concerning an existing or new account (including device upgrades, new lines, invoicing and billing issues).
The new email address enables monitoring of the account by more than one Procurement Services Employee and thus will allow Procurement Services to respond in a timely manner, particularly when one employee is out of the office.
Please make sure that if you have an Iowa State University cell phone, or manage the plans for other’s cell phones, that you make note of the new isucellphones@iastate.edu email address as this will be the most effective and efficient way to reach out to get an answer to your question or a response to your request!
