Expecting a move? Beltmann Moving can still help! 4/8/2020

Beltmann Moving/North American Van Lines is Iowa State University’s contracted mover for new employee relocation.  Beltmann Moving and North American Van Lines are considered an essential service by all federal, state and local agencies.  They are still helping people move and all offices are open but working under new guidelines. They have put steps into place to make sure they protect our employees and their crews.

Beltmann Moving/North American Van Lines expects there to be an influx of new moves once the current Covid-19 crises passes and would like Iowa State University to provide them in advance any moves that we are aware of that may be scheduled later this year.  This will help them accommodate ISU’s needs into their moving schedule and allow them to plan accordingly.

If your department is aware of new faculty or staff that will be relocating in the late spring, summer or fall of 2020, please provide that information to Tisha Campbell, tishac@iastate.edu.  Procurement will work to help tentatively schedule the move with Beltmann which will enable ISU to be prepared for the expected future surge in the moving industry’s volume.
