Expanding Opportunities for Feedback on Contracted Suppliers
Procurement Services has added a brief survey to our website to collect your feedback and experiences with the contracted suppliers. The survey can be accessed here and on the supplier contract pages.
By providing the opportunity to submit timely feedback, we hope to gather information that can be used during annual supplier reviews and for management of the contracts. Procurement Services will be monitoring the survey responses throughout the year so we can take action if needed as well.
The feedback provided by Iowa State employees is critical to building relationships with suppliers by helping them to identify issues, discussing additional enhancements, and reviewing the products and services they offer.
