Procurement Services Customer Satisfaction Survey
As a Central Administrative Unit committed to providing excellent customer service to the Faculty and Staff of Iowa State University, Procurement Services is conducting a brief Customer Satisfaction Survey to measure our current service levels as well as assist us with identifying areas for potential improvement and collaboration.
Please note that this survey is not intended to evaluate individuals in departments or units who perform purchasing functions or to evaluate members of Finance Service Delivery (ISD), including Procurement Expense Specialists. Members of the ISD Model, including Procurement Expense Specialists, and individuals in departments or units who perform purchasing functions may be evaluated separately from this brief evaluation focused on Procurement Services.
The entire survey will take less than 10 minutes to complete and will be open through May 13, 2022.
