Description:

Software/web/application development agreements must be reviewed by Procurement Services to make sure that the terms and conditions of the agreement do not conflict with University policy or state law. You must review and comply with the Domain Name System (DNS) policy before completing any purchases as applicable.

Procurement Services will also be the final signatory for the University in order to commit to any agreement.
