Each new P-Card ordered will be sent directly to the applicant. P-Card transactions will be declined until Purchasing Card Orientation is completed. Cardholders can complete a self-directed digital course by going to Purchasing Card (P-Card) Orientation (Self-Directed Course for employees) or find upcoming instructor-led virtual orientation sessions in Workday Learning by going to Purchasing Card (P-Card) Orientation and clicking on Select Offering to choose the session that works with your schedule. Cardholders will be provided with specific information needed to activate their P-Card during the session.
Orientation sessions last approximately 60 minutes, outline the guidelines of the P-Card program, and review the online verification process in Workday.
