Contract Description:
Business Reservation Rate
ISU has agreed on a Local Negotiated Rate (LNR) for suppliers and employees of Iowa State University. The LNR rate is $119 per night plus tax (Double Queen or King Room - Non-Commissionable Rate) and includes breakfast for 1 person. Breakfast for 2 people will increase the rate to $124. This rate is intended for business purposes only and negotiated for individual travel only. Groups are comprised of 10+ rooms per night and subject to a different rate.
Leisure Reservation Rate
The rate is 20% off the Best Available Rate. This rate is offered for parents, friends, family, and ISU alumni. (Applies to Double Queen or King Rooms - Non-Commissionable Rate)
Rates are based upon availability and not valid on dates below:
- All ISU 2025’s home football games
- ISU Graduation weekend
- Farm Progress Show - August 31, 2026- September 4, 2026

All cancellations must be made within 24 hours of date of arrival.
